Fairly clean cute accommodation with superbly friendly staff and fantastic location far away from old town. Fabulous food choices for breakfast. Excellent customer service. Free internet, parking on-site.

The location was beautiful, right at La Koncha beach with easy access to a local supermarket and local supermarkets. Loved having Wi-Fi and a kitchen in the good sized room.

The staff we met were clueless.

The venue was fairly clean and the staff were outstandingly accommodating and superfriendly. The room I booked was good-sized and brand-new with lounge area & kitchen area, a large patio, a massive private terrace opening to a fabulous view to the valley below. Great dishes served at the gourmet restaurant.

It was clean and the staff were very amiable and highly efficient, beds were great.

We had a fantastic stay at Irenaz Resort. The location was quiet and offered beautiful views of the countryside. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for things to do in the area. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a modern bathroom and a large fridge. We also appreciated having access to a kitchen and the use of glasses. The terrace with an awning and outdoor furniture was a lovely bonus.

Very helpful and kind staff. The apartments were very clean and had pretty much everything we needed. The view was nice and we loved the big terrace. Free access to a printer was very useful to us. We were very comfortable and would surely recommend this hotel.

It was kind of far from the center (but we already knew that). As long as you have a car, it's no problem at all. The cost for bringing a dog was rather high (15€/night).

The apartments are to a very high standard, with a lovely view over the mountains. It is quite far out of town but we had a car so this didnt bother us. The pillows were long and thin european style which i didnt like, i have a bad neck so should have brought my own. We had 2 nights of blissful peace then about 3 spanish families arrived with more kids than i could count and shouted to each other on different levels of the apartment. There is no privacy afforded between balconies. I would not stay here again, although the apartments are really well appointed.

The location of the hotel is convenient, with easy access to the bus route that takes you directly to the city center. it is close to the beach, making it a great choice for those who want to relax by the sea. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with modern bathrooms that are well-maintained.

The hotel can be a bit pricey considering the distance from the downtown area.

The apartment was well equiped and fastidiously clean. The hotel staff were also extremely welcoming and couteous. Overall, a very good hotel apartment.

- The apartment is not well insulated againt noise if you encounter inconsiderate (i.e. rowdy) neighbours (which we did so on the last night). - More effort could be put into creating better privacy on the balcony from neighbouring apartments. - Likewise, greater effort could be put into the breakfasts which were rather monotonous after a few days.

Upon arrival the receptionist went through all the necessary things a person should know, was very courteous, her name Clothier not sure on spelling, Victoria was on reception that night and also very helpful. The place was spotless, had everything that opened and shut! Bus to town very convenient. Great apartments!! After traveling for over 4 months the washing machine was great to have!

our valentine's day stay at the apartment was amazing. the comfy beds, lovely view, and friendly staff exceeded our expectations. the fresh breakfast and spacious terrace made it even better. highly recommended if you don't mind driving or taking the bus to the center of town.

Single bed room light didn't work.

Modern designer style appartments, great view of the mountains and v professional staff

Appartments have microwave but not really the mini kitchens you get in french residence style appartments. Cooking is therefore v limited for a family.

Brilliant position.

a work desk, tea and coffee making equipment, and a flat-screen tv with satellite channels in the room and the cozy bed. plenty of options, fabulous food. fantastic, lovely staff towards all guests.
